Purchase Order Accountium

The workflow of a Purchase Order in Accountium is as follows:

Create a New Purchase Order with the option to either save it as a draft for later editing or send it directly to your customer via email.

Upon receiving items from your customer, simply click the dropdown arrow next to the PO and choose “Receive.”

Once received, the PO will automatically transform into a Bill, and the received items will increase your stock. The cost of the items will also be recorded in the Cost of Goods Sold.

As the PO transitions into a Bill, its status will shift from “Sent” to “Received.”

Easily access all your sent POs to suppliers by navigating to the Inventory module and selecting “Suppliers/View Purchase History.
